End User License Agreement

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Moonlite Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform and software for your personal or commercial use in accordance with your subscription plan.

Content Rights

Depending on your subscription plan, you are granted the following rights to content created using Moonlite Labs:

• Personal Use: Use, modify, and share content for non-commercial purposes
• Commercial Use: Use content in commercial projects, marketing, and monetized platforms (available with paid plans)
• Distribution Rights: Distribute content across multiple platforms and channels

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use our service to create competing products
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed usage limits specified in your plan
• Use our service in violation of applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Moonlite Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, software, and technology. You retain rights to the creative content you generate, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Attribution

While not required, we appreciate when users credit Moonlite Labs when sharing content created with our platform. Premium plan holders have the option to remove Moonlite watermarks from their content.

Updates and Modifications

We may update our software and services to improve functionality, security, or compliance. Such updates are provided as part of your subscription and may occur automatically.

Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our service and may lose access to content stored on our platform.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we strive to provide reliable service.
